We eat far too much processed foods in the ‘civilised’ world. Let’s be honest, many of us could stand to eat more fruits and vegetables and on a much more regular basis, every day actually! But learning about 5 facts about fruits & vegetables is more than just fun because fruit and vegetables, in particular, contain so, so many nutrients that are essential to our bodies.
